Definitions<\/h2>\r\n<ul>\r\n  <li><strong>Course \/ educational package:<\/strong> A collection of videos, exercises, tests, and additional features purchased by the user.<\/li>\r\n  <li><strong>Learner:<\/strong> A user who has registered on the platform and purchased a course or package.<\/li>\r\n  <li><strong>Forum (discussion board):<\/strong> A space for discussion and group support at different levels.<\/li>\r\n  <li><strong>Test:<\/strong> The end-of-course test for each course and the final tests for a language level.<\/li>\r\n  <li><strong>Coaching:<\/strong> A learning guidance and planning system that helps the learner see their actual progress, weekly path, and next step clearly and understandably, without pressure and without artificially generated figures.<\/li>\r\n  <li><strong>Performance package:<\/strong> A supplementary practice package for strengthening grammar, sentence formation, vocabulary, and writing at the relevant level. This package includes access to the Schreibtrainer for the same level and the related Performance practice features.<\/li>\r\n  <li><strong>Schreibtrainer:<\/strong> A writing practice tool that reviews the learner\u2019s text according to the selected level and displays a corrected version, common errors, educational explanations, and notes concerning sentence formation, grammar, and vocabulary.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<h2>2. Access to Content<\/h2>\r\n<p>\r\n  After purchasing a course, the user will have access to the content of that course for <strong>60 days<\/strong>, subject to the educational structure and activation rules of that course.\r\n  The speed of learning progress depends entirely on the learner. Provided that the educational sequence is followed and the required steps are completed, the user may finish the course in a shorter period because the system is designed around the individual learner.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"note\">\r\n  <strong>Educational note:<\/strong> The 60-day access period for the main courses has been selected to create a balance between allowing sufficient time for practice and preventing learners from abandoning the course.\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n<h3>2.1. Access Period for Performance Packages<\/h3>\r\n<p>After purchasing a Performance package, the user will have access to the features of that package, including the Schreibtrainer for the relevant level, for <strong>45 days<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n  <li>Access to a Performance package is independent of the main video courses.<\/li>\r\n  <li>The validity period of Performance packages in the YITH membership system is set to <strong>45 days<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n  <li>After the 45-day period ends, access to the Schreibtrainer included in that package will be deactivated automatically unless the user purchases the relevant package again.<\/li>\r\n  <li>A Performance package does not replace the main course and is offered as a tool for practicing and strengthening language skills.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<h3>2.2. Step-by-Step Learning Path and Gradual Content Activation<\/h3>\r\n\r\n<p>\r\n  Some GermanPerman courses and educational packages are designed as a <strong>step-by-step<\/strong> learning path.\r\n  Under this structure, access to certain videos, lessons, or later sections of a course may depend on completing the previous sections.\r\n  This method is designed to preserve learning quality, prevent incomplete learning, and support the learner.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>\r\n  Purchasing a course or educational package does not mean that all sections of the course are available in an unstructured, unrestricted manner without an educational sequence.\r\n  The user\u2019s access is activated within the learning path of the relevant course, and certain sections may become available only after the previous step has been completed.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n  <li>In some courses, the next video is activated only after the previous video has been watched and completed to a sufficient extent.<\/li>\r\n  <li>In some courses, the next lesson is activated only after the previous lesson has actually been completed.<\/li>\r\n  <li>Completion of a video or lesson may be assessed according to technical and educational criteria such as active viewing time, progress level, and reaching a specified minimum percentage.<\/li>\r\n  <li>Manually unlocking a specific video, where this option is available, activates only that video and does not mean that the lesson has been completed, the next video has been unlocked, or that the relevant section has been completed.<\/li>\r\n  <li>Manually unlocking a video does not replace actual viewing, educational completion, or passing a test.<\/li>\r\n  <li>Actual completion of previous lessons is the criterion for activating later lessons.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"note\">\r\n  <strong>Educational explanation:<\/strong>\r\n  The purpose of this step-by-step restriction is not to impose unnecessary strictness or pressure on the learner.\r\n  GermanPerman does not view itself merely as a seller of files or videos; it also assumes an educational responsibility to ensure that the learner follows the path with a solid foundation, in the correct order, and with genuine quality.\r\n  This structure is designed to protect the learner\u2019s learning process and prevent rapid but incomplete progression through the material.\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n<p>\r\n  GermanPerman may update or revise the step-by-step activation structure, the order of videos, the order of lessons, completion criteria, tests, and the learning path in order to preserve educational quality.\r\n  These changes are made to improve the learning experience and increase the learner\u2019s chances of success.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2>3. Online Classes<\/h2>\r\n<p>GermanPerman courses and educational packages are offered as offline video content, practice-based products, or tool-based products and do not include <strong>live online classes<\/strong> unless this is stated separately in the description of a specific product.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2>4. Forums and Support<\/h2>\r\n<ul>\r\n  <li>When a course is purchased, access to the <strong>forum for the relevant level<\/strong> and the general German-language forum is activated, except for packages that have their own specific rules stated in the product description.<\/li>\r\n  <li>Posts in the general German-language forum must be written <strong>in German<\/strong>. Forum administrators are responsible for maintaining the quality and respectful tone of the environment.<\/li>\r\n  <li>Support forums for each level are activated automatically for purchasers of that level. For example, a purchaser of A1.1 receives access to the A1 support forum.<\/li>\r\n  <li>Performance packages may not include direct access to a forum unless this is stated in the description of the relevant product.<\/li>\r\n  <li>For grammar, vocabulary, sentence-formation, and writing questions relating to each level, the use of the Schreibtrainer and the Performance features is recommended.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<h3>4.1. Support Ticket System<\/h3>\r\n\r\n<p>\r\n  To follow up on technical issues, payment problems, account login, course activation, applications, educational packages, or other requests relating to GermanPerman services, the user may use the support ticket system.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n  <li>Each support request is registered with a unique ticket number.<\/li>\r\n  <li>The user can view and track the status of the ticket through the user panel.<\/li>\r\n  <li>Support responses are communicated to the user by email and\/or through the user panel.<\/li>\r\n  <li>The user may continue replying within the same ticket and, where necessary, submit an image, screenshot, or related file.<\/li>\r\n  <li>To preserve the history of the request and allow a more accurate review, the user should continue the same matter in the existing ticket and avoid creating multiple duplicate tickets for the same problem.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<p>\r\n  Statuses shown to the user may include \u201cUnder Review,\u201d \u201cAnswered,\u201d and \u201cClosed.\u201d Certain internal statuses are visible only to the GermanPerman support team and are used to manage requests more effectively.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>\r\n  If the user does not submit a response within the specified period after receiving a support reply, GermanPerman may close the ticket automatically or manually. Where necessary, the user may reply again within the same ticket, and the ticket will be reopened for further review.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h3>4.2. Sending Files and Images in Tickets<\/h3>\r\n\r\n<p>\r\n  To explain a problem more clearly, the user may submit files such as an error image, screenshot, or relevant PDF file through the ticket system.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n  <li>Files may be submitted only for the purpose of explaining the problem and must be directly related to the support request.<\/li>\r\n  <li>The user must not submit unrelated files, unlawful content, offensive content, advertising content, or content that infringes the rights of others.<\/li>\r\n  <li>The user is responsible for the content of files uploaded to a ticket.<\/li>\r\n  <li>GermanPerman may delete unrelated, suspicious, or inappropriate files or decline to review them.<\/li>\r\n  <li>Before submitting a screenshot, users are advised to conceal unnecessary sensitive information such as passwords, complete bank-card details, or the personal information of other individuals.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<h2>5. Performance Packages and Schreibtrainer<\/h2>\r\n<p>Performance packages are designed for learners who want to actively practice their grammar, vocabulary, sentence formation, and writing skills in addition to watching the courses.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h3>5.1. Levels of the Performance Packages<\/h3>\r\n<ul>\r\n  <li><strong>Performance A1:<\/strong> Basic practice, articles, simple verbs, short sentence formation, and basic Akkusativ and Dativ.<\/li>\r\n  <li><strong>Performance A2:<\/strong> Practice with Perfekt, Modalverben, simple Nebens\u00e4tze, everyday texts, and verb position.<\/li>\r\n  <li><strong>Performance B1:<\/strong> Practice with emails, Bewerbung, expressing opinions, Nebens\u00e4tze, Konjunktiv II, Passiv, and longer texts.<\/li>\r\n  <li><strong>Performance B2:<\/strong> Advanced writing practice, argumentation, Konnektoren, Passiv, Konjunktiv, indirekte Rede, and a more formal style.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<h3>5.2. Level Restrictions in the Schreibtrainer<\/h3>\r\n<p>Each Schreibtrainer is designed for a specific level. If the user enters a text whose structure, length, topic, or language level is higher than the purchased package, the system may recommend using a higher-level package.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"warning\">\r\n  <strong>Important:<\/strong> The level assessment performed by the Schreibtrainer is system-based and educational and may not be completely accurate in every case. The purpose of this feature is to provide the learner with better guidance and prevent inappropriate use of a lower-level package for more advanced texts.\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n<h3>5.3. Nature of Text Correction<\/h3>\r\n<p>The Schreibtrainer is an educational tool that helps identify errors and supports more effective writing practice. The system output may include a corrected version, explanations of errors, grammar notes, and educational recommendations. This tool is not a complete substitute for a teacher, a human editor, or formal examination correction.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h3>5.4. Usage Restrictions and Misuse<\/h3>\r\n<ul>\r\n  <li>The Schreibtrainer may be used only through the purchaser\u2019s user account.<\/li>\r\n  <li>Sharing access, selling an account, submitting large quantities of text on behalf of other people, or commercial use without permission is prohibited.<\/li>\r\n  <li>If unusual use, misuse, or an attempt to bypass restrictions is detected, GermanPerman may restrict the user\u2019s access or review the account.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<h2>5.5. Pronunciation Practice and Speech Training Applications<\/h2>\r\n<p>\r\n  GermanPerman pronunciation practice applications, including <strong>GP Speech DE<\/strong>, are designed as digital educational products for practicing pronunciation, reading fluency, and speaking skills. These applications include level-based practice packages, demo sentences, and packages that can be purchased through in-app payments.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n  <li>The demo version contains only a limited number of free sentences for initial testing of the application.<\/li>\r\n  <li>To obtain full access to a package, the user must activate that package through an in-app purchase.<\/li>\r\n  <li>Each package is activated only for the relevant user account and cannot be transferred to another account.<\/li>\r\n  <li>Sharing a user account, selling access, simultaneous use by multiple people, or transferring a purchased package to another person is not permitted.<\/li>\r\n  <li>If unusual use, misuse, or an attempt to bypass restrictions is detected, GermanPerman may review, restrict, or block the user\u2019s access.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<h3>5.5.1. Access Period for Pronunciation Packages<\/h3>\r\n<p>\r\n  After purchasing a pronunciation practice package in the application, the user\u2019s access to that package is activated for the period specified in the application or the product description. In the current version of the application, access to pronunciation packages is activated by default for <strong>45 days<\/strong>, unless a different period is stated in the product description or the sales policy of the relevant store.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n  <li>After the access period expires, use of the relevant package may be deactivated.<\/li>\r\n  <li>To use the package again, the user must repurchase it unless the store\u2019s rules or the product description provide otherwise.<\/li>\r\n  <li>The user\u2019s progress may be stored on the device or in the user account, but permanent preservation of local data after deleting the application, changing the device, or clearing the device storage is not guaranteed.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<h3>5.5.2. In-App Payments<\/h3>\r\n<p>\r\n  Pronunciation packages in GermanPerman mobile applications may be purchased through supported stores such as Cafe Bazaar, Myket, or other official stores. Prices, taxes, payment methods, and payment verification are governed by the rules of the relevant store.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n  <li>Product identifiers and prices are defined in the dashboard of the relevant store.<\/li>\r\n  <li>After a successful payment, the relevant package is activated in the application for the same user account.<\/li>\r\n  <li>If an error occurs during payment or activation, the user should contact GermanPerman support and, where necessary, the support team of the relevant store.<\/li>\r\n  <li>Changes to the prices of in-app products may require review or approval by the relevant store.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<h3>5.5.3. Use of the Microphone and Speech Recognition<\/h3>\r\n<p>\r\n  Speech Training applications use the device microphone to evaluate the user\u2019s pronunciation. This access is activated only when the user personally presses the microphone button to begin an exercise.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n  <li>The microphone is used to receive the user\u2019s voice and convert speech to text for comparison with the practice sentence.<\/li>\r\n  <li>In the current version of the application, GermanPerman does not store the user\u2019s audio file.<\/li>\r\n  <li>The user\u2019s audio is not used for advertising, data sales, commercial analysis, or non-educational purposes.<\/li>\r\n  <li>Speech recognition may depend on operating-system features, the device\u2019s speech-recognition services, or Android-related services.<\/li>\r\n  <li>Without permission to access the microphone, the pronunciation practice feature cannot be used in full.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"warning\">\r\n  <strong>Important:<\/strong> Speech-recognition results and pronunciation match percentages constitute educational and assistive feedback. They are not a substitute for an official evaluation, standardized examination, human teacher, or specialist pronunciation assessment.\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n<h3>5.5.4. Educational Nature of Pronunciation Feedback<\/h3>\r\n<p>\r\n  The speech-recognition system in the application attempts to compare the sentence spoken by the user with the practice sentence. This comparison may be affected by microphone quality, background noise, accent, speaking speed, internet connection, device settings, and the quality of the speech-recognition service.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n  <li>In some cases, a correctly spoken sentence may receive a lower score.<\/li>\r\n  <li>In some cases, an incomplete or similar sentence may be accepted to a limited extent.<\/li>\r\n  <li>The purpose of this feature is to encourage further practice and increase the user\u2019s awareness of their pronunciation, not to issue an official score.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<h3>5.5.5. Refunds for In-App Products<\/h3>\r\n<p>\r\n  Due to the digital nature of pronunciation packages and their immediate activation after purchase, refunds are generally not available, except in exceptional cases reviewed and approved at the discretion of GermanPerman support or under the rules of the relevant store.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n  <li>If payment has been completed but the package has not been activated, the user must submit the payment receipt and account information to support.<\/li>\r\n  <li>If a technical error is confirmed, GermanPerman will attempt to activate access or resolve the problem.<\/li>\r\n  <li>Refund requests are also subject to the rules of the payment store, such as Bazaar or Myket.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<h2>5.6. GermanPerman Video Applications<\/h2>\r\n<p>\r\n  GermanPerman video applications, including <strong>GP A1-1 DE<\/strong>, are designed as digital educational products for watching video lessons, following a learning path, and using coaching features. These applications may be published separately for each level or educational package, for example A1-1, A1-2, A2-1, and subsequent courses.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n  <li>Each video application applies only to the course or package identified in the title, product description, and application identifier.<\/li>\r\n  <li>The user\u2019s access is activated for the same user account after registration, login, and purchase activation.<\/li>\r\n  <li>Activated access cannot be transferred to another account, telephone number, or user.<\/li>\r\n  <li>Sharing a user account, selling access, simultaneous use by multiple people, or attempting to bypass the access system is not permitted.<\/li>\r\n  <li>If unusual use, misuse, or an attempt to bypass restrictions is detected, GermanPerman may review, restrict, or block the user\u2019s access.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<h3>5.6.1. Access Period for Video Applications<\/h3>\r\n<p>\r\n  Access to the video content of each application is activated for the period stated in the product description, the store dashboard, or the GermanPerman membership system. In the current version of the video applications, course access may be set by default to <strong>60 days<\/strong>, unless a different period is stated in the relevant product description or the store\u2019s rules.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n  <li>After the access period expires, viewing videos and using features associated with the same package may be deactivated.<\/li>\r\n  <li>To use the content again, the user must repurchase or renew access to the same package unless the product description provides otherwise.<\/li>\r\n  <li>Learning progress, watched videos, and study time may be stored in the user account or coaching system, but permanent preservation of data after deleting the application, changing the device, clearing device storage, or experiencing technical problems is not guaranteed.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<h3>5.6.2. Payment and Activation in Video Applications<\/h3>\r\n<p>\r\n  Access in GermanPerman video applications may be purchased or activated through supported stores such as Cafe Bazaar, Myket, or other official GermanPerman payment methods. The price, payment method, purchase receipt, and payment verification are subject to the rules of the relevant store or payment method.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n  <li>The product identifier, access period, and price are defined in the store dashboard or GermanPerman sales system.<\/li>\r\n  <li>After a successful payment, access should be activated for the same user account that was registered or logged in to the application.<\/li>\r\n  <li>If payment is completed but access is not activated, the user must submit the payment receipt, username, email address, and registered telephone number to support.<\/li>\r\n  <li>After reviewing a technical error, GermanPerman will attempt to activate access or resolve the issue if the error is confirmed.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<h3>5.6.3. Learning Path and Coaching in Video Applications<\/h3>\r\n<p>\r\n  Video applications may include a coaching section, progress reports, study-time displays, watched-video records, and learning-path recommendations. This information is provided to support the user\u2019s educational planning and does not constitute an official passing criterion, examination score, or certificate.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n  <li>Study time and progress are calculated on the basis of technical data recorded by the application and may, in some cases, be affected by the internet connection, a change of device, logging out, a server error, or deletion of local data.<\/li>\r\n  <li>Coaching is an assistive tool for clarifying the learning path and is not a substitute for a teacher, official examination, or human evaluation.<\/li>\r\n  <li>Certain coaching features may be changed, expanded, or updated over time.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<h3>5.6.4. Video Playback and Technical Limitations<\/h3>\r\n<p>\r\n  Educational videos in the video applications are streamed through GermanPerman servers or related infrastructure. Playback quality may be affected by internet speed, server status, device limitations, Android version, available device storage, or network conditions.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n  <li>The user requires a stable internet connection to use the videos.<\/li>\r\n  <li>Downloading, recording, republishing, sharing, or extracting video links without GermanPerman\u2019s written permission is prohibited.<\/li>\r\n  <li>Any attempt to bypass the access system, extract HLS links, share keys, or make unauthorized use of video content may result in the account being blocked.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<h3>5.6.5.
